B. Payment Information (Stripe)

We use Stripe to process payments. To process your payments, we use the payment services of Stripe (Stripe, Inc.). When you make a purchase, we send your payment information and other necessary details to Stripe for processing. Stripe uses this data to complete the transaction and for fraud detection. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our own servers.

• AI & Machine Learning Training: By uploading imagery (photos and videos) to our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Paypixl, Inc. utilizes this content to train, validate, and improve our proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models. This allows us to develop new features, enhance image recognition capabilities, and improve automated analysis.
• Data Derivation: We process your uploaded content to create "Derived Data" analytics, insights, and datasets extracted from the original imagery.
• Communication: To send you updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Compliance & Safety: To enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

Unlike many platforms, our business model involves the commercial use of data derived from user content. However, we strictly limit who we share this with.

A. Sale of Derived Data

Paypixl, Inc. retains the rights to resell data derived from the images and videos you upload. We may license, sell, or share this Derived Data with third-party partners for commercial purposes (such as mapping, analytics, or industry research).

Restriction on Competitors: We will not sell your data to companies or entities that directly compete with Paypixl, Inc. or Stormview in our primary markets.

Any text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to communicate directly with you regarding your account, our services, or inquiries you have initiated.
